Ingredients

• 4 Tbsp. fresh organic lime juice
• 1 tsp. black pepper
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 16 ounces pasture-raised pork tenderloin
• 3/4 tsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
• 3/4 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
• 1 tsp. dried oregano
• 1 Tbsp. organic green onions
• 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
• 3 cloves organic garlic, crushed
